Under its quite eclectic appearance, Brussels conceals a lot of wonders which we invite you hereby to discover. Each neighbourhood has its own character and richness. To give you a better idea of the city’s possibilities, we have split the maps into 10 neighbourhoods. The maps you will find in the following pages do not present the complete Brussels area, but we have focussed on the most animated neighbourhoods, and the ones concealing the most attractions.
Next to each map, we have drawn the list of museums, leisure spaces, hotels and restaurants which you can visit near by. The page numbers refer to the chapters in this guide where you will find more detailed information. Please also note that some far away places, out of the centre have not been mentioned on the maps in this chapter. A good map of Brussels will help you locate these.
