General Informations : Alma is a family hotel with a service that you will not find elsewhere. They haven given more attention to service, comfort, well-being and technology. All rooms have Wi-fi for instance and airconditioning. Next to the Grand Place, Manneken Pis, the most internatonal ’Ket’ of Brussels and the magnificent Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, the museums and Le Sablon, near to exclusive boutiques for the connoisseurs of chocolate as well as antiques.
Entrance and inside :
The entrance is at floor-level.
The glass door is accessible and opens automatically, there is no contrasting tape.
The front desk is not accessible.
The assistance dogs are not allowed.
The signposting is not visible, not readable and not understandable.
All common parts, inside and 3 rooms are accessible for wheelchairusers.
The rectangular tables (0,74 m and 0,70 m space underneath) with central leg are less comfortable for the deaf and hearing impaired.
When you make your reservation, make sure you mention your needs.
The staff is entirely at your disposal to help, to make the necessary changes and to answer any question you may have in a family atmosphere.
The reception is excellent.
The staff does not know the sign language.
